However, I was slightly underwhelmed by this shimmer oil. ✨ At first pump, the oil looks like a luxurious, glittery gold liquid. The consistency is slightly thick, and it has the gorgeous, recognisable Palmers Cocoa Butter fragrance, which everyone loves. ✨ It has a very practical twist on and off the lid with a nozzle which controls the amount of product that comes out.
